The influence of the welding thermal cycles on corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel
PublikacjaBadano skłonnośc strefy wpływu ciepła spoin ze stali dupleks do korozyjnego pękania narężeniowego. Wykonano próby korozyjne z wykorzystaniem metody SSRT w środowisku korozyjnym wrzącego MgCl2. Wykazano, że duży udział ferrytu w strukturze SWC pogarsza odpornośc na korozję. Badania metalograficzne na mikroskopie lektronowym wykazały różne sposoby propagacji pęknięcia zależnie od zawartości austenitu w strukturze SWC.

Relation between steel microstructure and its properties in inert and aggressive environments
PublikacjaBadano stale 26H2MF i 34HNM poddane różnej obróbce cieplnej. Mikrostruktury stali zmieniały sie od martenzytu i bainitu do odpuszczonego martenzytu i sorbitu. Obserwowano spadek energii zniszczenia, wydłużenia i przewżenia w próbie rozciągania z małą prędkością i równoczesnej polaryzacji katodowej do 100 mA/cm2. Degradacji towarzyszyła zmiana przełomu z ciągliwego na kruchy łupliwy i quasiłupliwy.

Hydrogen induced degradation of structural steel exposed to the technical liquid hydrocarbons
PublikacjaSusceptibility of the differently heat treated 26H2MF steel to stress corrosion cracking has been evaluated in the constant strain rate tension tests done at the strain rate 10-6s-1 and in the constant load tests done at the 0,98 of fracture load. The boiler fuel and the aged mineral oil at 135C and 80C respectively, have been used as the aggressive environments.
