Łączenie danych pomiarowych z dodatkową wiedzą metrologiczną w celu oceny niepewności pomiaru
PublikacjaPrzedstawiono modus operandi w ocenie niepewności pomiaru dla krótkich serii pomiarowych. Metoda wykorzystuje dodatkową wiedzę metrologiczną do zwiększenia liczby stopni swobody rozkładu t-Studenta, uzyskiwanego w wyniku bayesowskiej analizy wyników pomiarów. W rezultacie możliwe jest oszacowanie niepewności standardowych dla najkrótszych serii pomiarowych, o długości n=2 i n=3.

The Design of Cavity Resonators and Microwave Filters Applying Shape Deformation Techniques
PublikacjaThis article introduces shape deformation as a new approach to the computer-aided design (CAD) of high-frequency components. We show that geometry deformation opens up new design possibilities and offers additional degrees of freedom in the 3-D modeling of microwave structures. Such design flexibility is highly desirable if the full potential of additive manufacturing (AM) is to be exploited in the fabrication of RF and microwave...

Role of nitrogen in evolution of sp2/sp3 bonding and optical band gap in hydrogenated carbon nitride
PublikacjaDrastic changes in the bonding are found in amorphous hydrogenated carbon nitride (a-CNx:H) film as a function of nitrogen concentration (or N/C ratio). The total C-sp3 fraction and hardness shows a sharp decrease (at N/C = 0.40) whereas optical band gap and resistivity shows a gradual increase as nitrogen concentration increases from 0.07 to 0.58. Raman spectrum of a-CNx:H film is fitted with both Gaussian (integrated intensity...

In order to capture the width of a localized zone and to obtain mesh-independent...
