Granica rozpuszczalności boru została określona ok. 0.16. Wielkość komórki elementarnej wzrasta wraz z domieszkowaniem, jednocześnie x powoduje malenie temperatury krytycznej.

Stwierdzono, że stężenie SDBS powyżej 50 mg/l miało wyraźny wpływ na przemiany związków azotu i fosforu w czasie oczyszczania ścieków. PublikacjaPrzeanalizowano podobieństwa i różnice między podstawowymi kategoriami separatorów odśrodkowych (wirówki, cyklony, separatory wirowe). Zaproponowano model pola prędkości w separatorze.
