Przeanalizowano wpływ głównych źródeł niepewności i błędów na dokładność pomiaru pojemności. Zawarto analizę dla następujących parametrów: niesynchroniczne próbkowanie sygnałów pomiarowych (napięciowego i prądowego), rozdzielczość przetwornika a/c i ilość zbieranych próbek. Po raz pierwszy zaprezentowano wyniki pomiaru zrealizowanych struktur tego rodzaju.
