Innovation and Knowledge Management in the SME Sector and the Role of Normative Management Systems
PublicationThe article presents deliberations related to importance and specificity of innovation activities in small and medium-sized enterprises. Basing on results of the research the characteristics of the SMEs concerning process related and organizational innovation has been determined.
