Praseodymium substituted lanthanum orthoniobate: Electrical and structural properties
PublicationThe results of ionic transport and structural measurements for the lanthanum orthoniobate doped by praseodymium are presented and discussed. The influence of calcium co-doping on these properties has also been analyzed. The results suggest the predominant protonic conductivity for the investigated system in the whole range of investigated temperatures. The influence of calcium co-doping on phase purity is analyzed.

Laboratory test rig for examining aggregate mining from seabed using the AIRLIFT method
PublicationThe use of the Airlift method for transporting the mined aggregate from the seabed to the deck of the mining ship is an alternative for presently used solutions, such as suction pumps or scoop transport for instance. Effect of illumination on noise of silicon solar cells
PublicationTransport and noise properties of silicon solar cells in darkness and under illumination have been studied. The measurements were carried out for both reverse and forward bias of the device. The changes in the sample behaviour are due to the variation of PN junction dynamic resistance and, also, the occurence of both 1/f and generation-recombination noise components

PublicationA quick and effective method of reinforcing the ground base designed for the construction of engineering structures used for performing various types of air operations was presented. Simulation investigation of perovskite-based solar cells
PublicationThree models of thin-layer lead-halide perovskite solar cells with different electron-transport layers (TiO2,SnO2,ZnO) were investigatedby the simulation method. The perovskite layer thickness was optimized for all the systems. The analysis of the standard photovoltaic cell performanceparameters at various operating temperatures was performed. The best performance was achieved for the system with theSnO2conductive layer.

In order to formulate them influence of drive engines on dredge pump characteristics and dredger effectiveness, have been analyzed.
