PublicationOmówiono przyczyny przyspieszonego zużywania się elementów węzłów łożyskowych, w których zastosowano ekologiczne materiały bezsmarowe. Wykazano szczególny wpływ oscylacji o małej amplitudzie - najczęściej występujących w sposób niezamierzony w pracy łożyska - na zużywanie się materiałów.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości mechanicznych poliwęglanu litego pod kątem wykorzystania go dla celów konstrukcyjnych. Próby jednoosiowego rozciągania ze stałą prędkością odkształcenia i próby pełzania przeprowadzono w różnych warunkach temperaturowych, a badania cykliczne dodatkowo wykonano z różnymi prędkościami odkształcenia. Zidentyfikowano podstawowe parametry mechaniczne oraz parametry lepkosprężystego modelu standardowego.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu twardości materiału obrabianego na wzrost temperatury docieraka. Obrabiano elementy ze stali C45 na docierarce jednotarczowej. Porównano obróbkę elementów walcowych o średnicy 17 mm i twardości 160 i 650 HV mikroziarnami węglika krzemu F400/17. W badaniach wykorzystano kamerę termowizyjną.
