PublikacjaW niniejszym artykule zaproponowano nową technikę analizy światłowodów fotonicznych. Zaprezentowany algorytm jest kombinacją metody redukcji rzędu modelu oraz techniki dyskretnych rozwinięć funkcyjnych i pozwala w znaczącym stopniu zmniejszyć liczbę zmiennych (nawet do 85%), redukując (nawet 16 krotnie) czas symulacji.

Zaproponowano prosty model budowy zredukowanych szkieł bizmutowo-germanowych potwierdzony wynikami badań AFM i XRD.
