PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów stosunku współczynników dyfuzji poprzecznych i podłużnych do ruchliwości i prędkość dryfu elektronów jako funkcję zredukowanego pola elektrycznego w N2O. Współczynniki dyfuzji wyznaczono stosując metodę Towsenda-Huxleya; prędkość dryfu otrzymano używając techniki Bradbury-Nielsen.
