PublicationW pracy opisano wykorzystanie techniki chromatografii gazowej do oznaczania śladowych stężeń lotnych amin alifatycznych i wybranych amin aromatycznych w próbkach o różnym składzie matrycy. W tym przypadku aminy nie podlegają procesowi derywatyzacji przed etapem końcowym a na etapie pobierania próbek analitów jest wykorzystana technika mikroekstrakcji do fazy stacjonarnej (SPME).

Gas bubble dynamics - experiment and fractal analysis.
PublicationPrzedstawiono nieliniowe aspekty generowania pęcherzyków gazowych z dysz szklanych umieszczonych pod powierzchnią cieczy. W badaniach eksperymentalnych zastosowano układ laser diodowy- fotodetektor oraz hydrofon. Sygnały z fotodetektora i hydrofonu były wzmacniane, rejestrowane za pomocą karty dźwiękowej, a następnie poddane analzie fraktalnej. W wyniku obliczeń ustalono mapy występowania chaosu w funkcji strumienia objętości gazu.

PublicationThe capter revies two types of artificial olfaction instrumentation, i.e. gas-chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) and chemical sensor technologies (electronic nose and tongue), combined with multivariate data processing methods as promising approaches for rapid analysis of food.
