PublicationIn the present paper the synthesis conditions for fabrication of Bi1−xNdxFeO3 ceramics are reported. The single phase polycrystalline samples of Bi1−xNdxFeO3 were prepared by standard solid state reaction method from the mixture of oxides viz.: Bi2O3, Fe2O3 and Nd2O3. PublicationW artykule zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów temperatury skóry człowieka podczas próby wysiłkowej. Ponieważ uzyskane wyniki nie podlegają rozkładowi normalnemu, wyznaczono wartości pięciu różnych estymatorów menzurandu. Otrzymane rezultaty wykazały, że w rozważanym przypadku najlepszy estymator menzurandu otrzymujemy z metody bootstrap, ponieważ charakteryzuje się on najmniejszym odchyleniem standardowym.

PublicationWe consider a generalization of the Allen-Cahn type equation in divergence form $-\rm{div}(\nabla G(\nabla u(x,y)))+F_u(x,y,u(x,y))=0$. This is more general than the usual Laplace operator. We prove the existence and regularity of heteroclinic solutions under standard ellipticity and $m$-growth conditions.

Boron Difluoride Complexes of Carbamoyl Meldrum's Acids
Publication5-[Hydroxy(aryl/alkylamino)methylene]-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones react with BF3•Et2O in mild conditions leading to the formation of boron difluoride complexes of carbamoyl Meldrum's acids. The X-ray structure has been obtained for one representative complex. The obtained new compounds are fairly stable at standard ambient conditions and easily isolable.

A reactive algorithm for deducing nodal forwarding behavior in a multihop ad-hoc wireless network in the presence of errors
PublicationA novel algorithm is presented to deduce individual nodal forwarding behavior from standard end-to-end acknowledgments. The algorithm is based on a well-established mathematical method and is robust to network related errors and nodal behavior changes.
