The time-dependent cellular uptake of C−2028, CD−C−2028, QDgreen−C−2028, and QDgreen−CD−FA−C−2028 conjugates at IC80 value to normal MRC-5 cells
Open Research DataThe time-dependent (1, 24, 48, and 72 h) cellular uptake of C−2028, CD−C−2028, QDgreen−C−2028, and QDgreen−CD−FA−C−2028 conjugates at IC80 value to normal MRC-5 cells performed by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (63× magnification; ZEISS LSM T-PMT, Magdeburg, Germany). Based on the fluorescence properties of these compounds, green and orange fluorescence...

The estrogenicity of wastewater samples.
Open Research DataThe principle of operation of the kit is based on the fact that the tested sample with endocrine activity (containing compounds capable of binding to the human estrogen receptor α, hERα) releases the fluorescently labeled ligand (FluormoneTM ES2) from the receptor-ligand complex, which results in a reduction of the polarization value fluorescence. The...

Konzetrationslöschung durch Energieübertragung bei der Lumineszenz von Lösungen
PublicationThe absorption spectra and quantum yields of the fluorescence of rhodamine 6 G are investigated in two different water-glycerol mixtures as a function of the rhodamine concentration. The observed concentration quenching is attributed to the formation of rhodamine dimers and the decrease in quantum yield is compared with theoretical concepts about concentration quenching by energy transfer to the dimers.

Übertragung von Anregungsenergie in Dreikomponentenlösungen
PublicationA general dependence between directly measured fluorescence spectra of three-component solutions and the spectra of the individual components was specified. In the considerations, radiative and non-radiative energy transfer processes were taken into account, including energy migration and the possibility of inactive transfer. The obtained dependence was verified using two solution systems as examples and in both cases a good...

The mechanism of internalization study of QDgreen−CD−FA−C−2028 conjugate at IC80 value to cancer (H460, Du-145, and LNCaP) and normal (MRC-5 and PNT1A) cells
Open Research DataThe influence of different endocytosis inhibitors on the internalization of QDgreen−CD−FA−C−2028 conjugate at IC80 value in cancer (H460, Du-145, and LNCaP) and normal (MRC-5 and PNT1A) cells. First, the cells were preincubated with: drug-free medium (no inhibitor), at 4 °C, 5 µM Cytochalasin D, 30 µM Amiloride, 80 µM Dynasore, 25 µM Pitstop 2 and 1.5...

Strahlungslose Übertragung von Elektronenanregungsenergie bei zweidimensionalen lumineszierenden Systemen
PublicationAn expression for the photoluminescence (PhL) quantum yield of donors in two-dimensional systems as depending on the concentration ratio nD'/nA' of donors and acceptors has been obtained. In the particular case nD' ⪡ nA' the expression reduces to the form given by other authors. The obtained formula can also be applied to the description of the concentrational quenching of PhL when dimers act as acceptors. The theory has been...

Direct amination of boron-doped diamond by plasma polymerized allylamine film
PublicationA novel microwave pulsed-plasma based method for the modification of the hydrogen-terminated polycrystalline boron-doped diamond (BDD) with a thin film of polymerized allylamine (PPAAm) is reported. A modified BDD surface is resistant to hydrolysis and delamination and is characterized by a high density of positively charged amino groups. Pulsed microwave plasma was applied to improve the degree of cross-linking and bonding of...
