Celem pracy było wykorzystanie techniki statycznej analizy headspace (HS) w połączeniu z analizą chromatograficzną do oznaczania lotnych kwasów monokarboksylowych w wodnych próbkach środowiskowych pochodzących z hodowli bydła.
