  Opisano nową metodę identyfikacji i wizualizacji szumów RTS. Metoda ta oparta na graficznym przedstawieniu przebiegu szumowego jest szczególnie użyteczna do szybkiej selekcji elektronicznych elementów półprzewodnikowych. Przedstawiono także rezultaty filtacji medianowej szumu zawierającego składową RTS. Filtrację medianową zastosowano do poprawienia obrazu szumu uzyskanego w wyniku zastosowania metody NSP.
