PublikacjaW pracy opisano właściwości elektryczne i mechaniczne cienkich warstw zawierających TiN. Warstwy tlenkowe TiO2 i TiO2-SiO2 zostały przygotowane metodą zol-żel i następnie poddane procesowi amonolizy. Przewodność elektryczna została zmierzona w zaktesie temperatur 10-900K.
