Isomer effects on the total cross section for electron scattering from C4F6molecules.
PublikacjaZmierzono całkowity przekrój czynny (TCS) na rozpraszanie elektronów na drobinach 1,3-C4F6. Pomiary przeprowadzono w zakresie energii elektronu od 0,6do 370 eV. Wyniki porównano z TCS otrzymanym poprzednio dla 2-C4F6. Stwierdzono wpływ różnic strukturalnych na otrzymane energetyczne zależności TCS (tzw. efekt izomeryczny).

W przybliżeniu modelu BEB policzono również przekroje czynne na jonizację tych molekuł.

PublikacjaBadano wpływ osiowego pola magnetycznego na łuk elektryczny w kapilarze ablacyjnej o średnicy do 3 mm. Wyniki porównywano z kapilarą ceramiczną. Wyznaczono elektryczne pola wewnętrzne (Fi) dla materiałów stosowanych w organicznych diodach elektroluminescencyjnych (TPD, TAPC, MTDATA, QAC, Alq3, Ir(ppy)3, PtOEP). Mechanizm powstawania pól Fi powiązano z pułapkowaniem ładunku w obszarach przyelektrodowych.

PublikacjaZaprezentowano całkowite przekroje czynne na dysocjacyjny wychwyt elektronów przez aminokwasy: glicynę, alaninę, prolinę, tryptofan oraz fenyloalaninę. Wartości przekrojów czynnych wyznaczono z pomiarów wydajności w produkcji jonów dodatnich oraz normalizację do całkowitych przekrojów czynnych na jonizację, obliczonych metodą BEB.

W symulacji zastosowano algorytm przetwarzania wykorzystywany w komercyjnych systemach implantów ślimakowych - CIS (Continuous Interleaved Sampling). W pracy zbadano wpływ ilości kanałów, jak i innych parametrów sygnałów wyjściowych przy zastosowaniu sygału mowy jako sygnału wejściowego symulacji.
