Zmiana faz NAO z w przewadze ujemnych na w przewadze dodatnie, jaka nastąpiła w latach 1987-1989 spowodowała, że po roku 1989 obserwuje się w Polsce znaczne złagodzenie stopnia ostrości zim.

Wpływ średnicy centrum nukleacji i przegrzania ścianki na częstotliwość generowania pęcherzyków
PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych generowania pęcherzyków parowych ze sztucznie przygotowanych centrów nukleacji. Zasadniczym celem pracy było określenie wpływu średnicy centrum nukleacji i przegrzania ścianki na częstotliwość odrywania się pęcherzyków z pojedynczego, cylindrycznego centrum nukleacji w warunkach wrzenia w objętości wody destylowanej, w stanie nasycenia, przy ciśnieniu atmosferycznym.

PublikacjaPrzedstawiono model generacji szumów małoczęstotliwosciowych tranzystora MOS. Model został użyty do symulacji szumów cienkotlenkowych tranzystorów MOS. PublikacjaMonitorowano produkcyjność plantacji wiklinowych w Uppsali w Szwecji w latach 1985-1994. Okazało się, że największa sprawność przetwarzania energii słonecznej w biomasę ma miejsce w drugim i trzecim roku uprawy wiklinowej (około 1%), natomiast w pierwszym i w czwartym roku sprawność ta jest 2 razy niższa i wynosi około 0,5%.
