PublikacjaW pracy przedstawione zostały wyniki badań strukturalnych (dyfrakcja neutronowa i rentgenowska) domieszkowanego izotopem 11B nadprzewodzącego związku MgCNi3. Granica rozpuszczalności boru została określona ok. 0.16. Wielkość komórki elementarnej wzrasta wraz z domieszkowaniem, jednocześnie x powoduje malenie temperatury krytycznej.

Stabilization of the pyrochlore phase of Mn2Sb2O7 by double substitution
PublikacjaPolycrystalline samples of (Ce4+Mn2+3)(Ga3+Sb5+3)O14 were synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction. In contrast with the parent Mn2Sb2O7 compound that adopts a rhombohedral or monoclinic structure at T > 600 °C, the pyrochlore structure of CeMn3GaSb3O14 is retained up to at least T = 1070°C. PublikacjaDyskutowany jest efekt częściowego podstawienia żelazem (3d) i rutenem (4d) w miejsce niklu w intermetalicznym nadprzewodniku MgCNi3. Temperatura krytyczna w obu przypadkach obniża się monotonicznie wraz ze wzrostem koncentracji domieszki. Jednakże bardziej gwałtowny zanik T_c w przypadku MgCNi_(3-x)Fe_x sugeruje, że elektrony 3d żelaza rozrywają nadprzewodzące pary Coopera.
