To prove existence of a nontrivial weak solution we use the mountain pass theorem for a functional defined on anisotropic Orlicz-Sobolev space $\WLPhispace(\R^n)$. PublicationThe paper presents the proposal to apply the normal distribution to solve the problem of the frequency of diagnostic tests. Particular emphasis is placed on simplicity of the method. This method may be useful for the average user technical system. The method reduces the number of assumptions to a minimum. PublicationRozpatrzono niezależne od czasu skalarne równanie falowe dla ośrodka typu ''rybie oko'' Maxwella w przestrzeni R^N (N >=2). Pokazano, że równanie to posiada unikalne własności transformacyjne względem inwersji w pewnej klasie hipersfer.
