Raman investigation of hybrid polymer thin films
PublicationPrzestawiono problemy diagnostyki ramanowskiej transparentnych struktur cienkowarstwowych wykonanych metodą zol-żel z polimerów hybrydowych. Analizowano możliwości badania struktury molekularnej i grubości, a także określania jakości wykonania struktur falowodowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań wykonanych mikroskopem ramanowskim dla polimerowych struktur cienkowarstwowych osadzonych na podłożach szklanych i krzemowych.

PublicationW pracy badano wpływ mikrostruktury cienkich filmów La0.8Sr0.6TiO3 na właściwości optyczne. Gęste filmy o grubości około 200nm były przygotowane na szafirze z prekursorów polimerowych metodą wirową. Filmy były wypalone w temperaturze 500-800 stC. Badania rentgenowskie wskazały utworzenie kubicznej struktury perowskitowej podobnej do niedomieszkowanego SrTiO3. Wielkość ziaren zależała od temperatury wypalenia osiągając 30nm w 800stC....

Growth and characterization of chalcopyrite nanocrystals: beyond conventional thin films
PublicationPrzedstawiona została sucha metoda wytwarzania na podłożach stałych kryształów chalkopirytu zawierających miedź z wykorzystaniem prekursorów metalicznych. Dzięki odpowiedniemu doborowi parametrów nakładania otrzymano zarówno nanokryształy oraz polikrystaliczne struktury submikronowe jak i makroskopowe klastry.
