Teoretyczna analiza 35 genomów metodą PCR z udziałem 20 nowych regionów zmiennych pozwoliła na uzyskanie większej liczby genotypów w porównaniu do dwóch metod referencyjnych: REA-PFGE z udziałem endonukleazy SmaI oraz metody MLVA z udziałem 16 rejonów zmiennych.
