W badaniach eksperymentalnych zastosowano układ laser diodowy- fotodetektor oraz hydrofon. Sygnały z fotodetektora i hydrofonu były wzmacniane, rejestrowane za pomocą karty dźwiękowej, a następnie poddane analzie fraktalnej.
