PublikacjaPrzedstawiona została sucha metoda wytwarzania na podłożach stałych kryształów chalkopirytu zawierających miedź z wykorzystaniem prekursorów metalicznych. Dzięki odpowiedniemu doborowi parametrów nakładania otrzymano zarówno nanokryształy oraz polikrystaliczne struktury submikronowe jak i makroskopowe klastry. Stwierdzono wpływ sposobu otrzymywania materiału kompozytowego na zużycie i opory ruchu skojarzenia badawczego, w szczególności materiały te zużywały się wolniej, niż silumin AlSi11.
