PublikacjaOmówiono typowe źródła szumów występujące w przyrządach pólprzewodnikowych, a mianowicie: cieplne, śrutowe, generacyjno-rekombinacyjne, 1/f, 1/f2, wybuchowe (RTS), lawinowe. Przedstawiono szumowe schematy zastępcze tranzystora bipolarnego, JFET i MOSFET oraz opisano wydajności poszczególnych źródeł szumów.
