A new nethod for RTS noise of semiconductor devices identification
PublicationIn the paper, a new method, called the noise scatterin pattern method (NSP method), for random telegraph signal noise identyfication in the inherent noise of semiconductor devices is described. Semi-adaptive feedback active control of MRI noise
PublicationA feedback controller is proposed for cancellation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) noise. The design of the controller takes into account specific features of the MRI noise signal. Simulation results show that a considerable rejection rate of the MRI noise can be obtained.

PublicationA developed method and measurement setup for measurement of noise generated in a supercapacitor is presented. The requirements for noise data recording are considered and correlated with working modes of supercapacitors.
