Układ zaprojektowano wykorzystując połączenie linii paskowych i szczelinowych oraz struktury rezonatorów w formie wielogałęziowych sęków szczelinowych. PublicationOpisano matodę pomyślnego usuwania izopropylidenowych grup ochronnych z 1,4-anhydro-2,3-O-izopropylideno-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i czwartorzędowych soli N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoksy-D,L-rybitolo-5-yl)amoniowych. Struktury otrzymanych związków zostały określone przy pomocy analizy spektralnej, w tym 2D NMR. Otrzymano także dane dyfrakcyjne dla monokryształów 1,4-anhydro-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i jego pochodnych 2,3-O-izopropylidenowych.

PublicationOpracowano metody otrzymywania czwartorzędowych soli amoniowych, pochodnych rybitolu, zawierających reszty: pirydyny, 2-metylopirydyny, 3-karbamoilopirydyny, 4-(N,N-dimetyloamino)pirydyny, chinoliny oraz dwóch amin alifatycznych trimetyloaminy i trietyloaminy. Związki te powstają w reakcji 1,4-anhydro-2,3-O-izopropylideno-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu z odpowiednimi zasadami azotowymi.

Halogen bonded polypseudorotaxanes based on a pillar[5]arene host
PublicationTwo crystalline supramolecular polypseudorotaxanes were obtained by combining permethylated pillar[5]arene as a macrocyclic wheel with 1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)butane and 1,4-bis(iodoethynyl)benzene or 1,4-diiodo-1,3-butadiyne linked by C–I⋯N halogen bonds and creating a polyrotaxane axis. The resulting highly ordered supramolecular arrays were characterized by X-ray crystallography.

PublicationOtrzymano 15 nowych związków: 2-(alkilotio)-4-chloro-N-(4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-5-metylobenzenosulfonamidów, dla których opracowano nową metodę syntezy. Dla jednej pochodnej wyznaczono strukturę rentgenowską. Związek nr 36 wykazuje wysoką aktywność przeciwnowotworową w stosunku do 13 linii komórek nowotworowych o poziomie GI_50 w zakresie stężeń 1,9-3,0 μM.
