The Methods for RTS Noise Identification
PublicationIn the paper authors present two methods, which allows to identify the RTS noise in noise signal of semiconductor devices. The first one was elaborated to identify the RTS noise and also to estimate the number of its levels. The second one can be used to estimate all of the parameters of Gaussian and non-Gaussian components in the noise signal in a frequency domain.

PublicationWe developed a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of functionalized unsymmetrical Z-alkenyl disulfanes under mild conditions in moderate to good yields. The designed method is based on the reaction of Z-alkenyl thiotosylates with thiols in the presence of base. The developed method allows the preparation of unsymmetrical Z-alkenyl disulfanes bearing additional hydroxy, carboxy, or amino functionalities.

Model of pressure distribution in vortex flow controls
PublicationThe paper is devoted to the vortex valve. Existing devices are described by CFD-methods, or by means of simple empirical relations. A rational method of the considered object design is proposed, on the base of the input and dissipation energy balance., what gives a simple algebraic equation. Rapid design optimization of compact couplers using response features and adjoint sensitivities
PublicationA technique for rapid EM-driven design optimization of compact microwave couplers is presented. Our approach exploits response features and adjoint sensitivities and allows for low-cost design closure both in terms of performance enhancement and structure miniaturization. PublicationWe developed a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of functionalized unsymmetrical alkynyl sulfides under mild conditions in good yields. The designed method is based on the reaction of 5,5-dimethyl-2-thioxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan-2-disulfanyl derivatives with lithium acetylides. Application of method of differential magnetometric system for detection of sunken objects
PublicationThis paper presents a magnetometric system with scalar sensors mounted on two independent platforms, which is used to detect sunken shipwrecks. Increasing the distance between the sensors allows for more precise measurement of the difference in the magnetic induction module than in the case of sensors mounted e.g. on the aeroplane’s wings.
