Reactions of methyl radicals with silica supported silver nanoparticles in aqueous solutions
PublicationSilica supported silver nanoparticles (Ag°–SiO2 –NCs, NCs=nanocomposites) suspended in aqueous solutions are efficient catalysts for the dimerization of methyl radicals to produce ethane, while bare silica is quite inert towards the interaction with methyl radicals. In the presence of small amounts of ethanol adsorbed on the SiO2 surface, the reaction path with methyl radicals is changed and methane is formed as the major product.

PublicationW pracy została przedstawiona analiza nośności konstrukcji przęsła w czasie sprężania poprzecznego. Bezpośrednim powodem analizy była awaria w strefach zakotwień kabli sprężających poprzecznic. Opisano model wycinkowy MES zastosowany do analizy i zaprezentowano wyniki. PublicationW pracy przedstawiono nową metodę normalizacji obrazu, opartą o proste techniki, takie jak binaryzacja czy wyrównywanie histogramu, która pozwala na skuteczne wyeliminowanie cieni oraz uzyskanie niezmienników znacznie poprawiających dokładność procesu rozpoznawania twarzy. Podczas wykonanych eksperymentów zaproponowana metoda uzyskała wyniki lepsze od referencyjnego algorytmu wykorzystującego anizotropowe wygładzanie.

Group 11 complexes with a phosphanylphosphaalkene ligand: preparation and stability study
PublicationThe reactivities of two selected phosphanylphosphaalkenes, Ph2C=P-PtBu2 (1a) and (p-MeO-Ph)2C=P-PtBu2 (1b), toward CuCl, AgCl and (tht)AuCl (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) were investigated. As a result, new phosphanylphosphaalkene dimeric and monomeric complexes were formed (Cu and Ag dimeric and Au monomeric). All obtained products were air and moisture stable and light insensitive.
