Zastosowano metodę HPLC do rozdziału metabolitów, a badania struktur przeprowadzono stosując metodę ESI-MS. Związki wykazały aktywność cytoksyczną na mysią białaczkę L1210 i ludzką k562 oraz na linii komórkowej oporności krzyżowej MDR (k562/DX).
