PublicationPrzedstawiono sposób nakładania powłok hydroksyapatytowych na porowaty stop tytanu Ti13Nb13Zr za pomocą osadzania biomimetycznego poprzez zanurzenie materiału w przesyconym symulowanym płynie fizjologicznym. Powłoka hydroksyapatytowa została osadzona na nanorurkową warstwę tlenkową, otrzymaną w wyniku utleniania elektrochemicznego w roztworze zawierającym jony fluorkowe.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych przejmowania ciepła podczas wrzenia w dużej objętości na poziomych rurkach ogrzewanych elektrycznie. Badania przeprowadzono dla małych gęstości strumienia ciepła, a czynnikiem roboczym była woda destylowana w stanie nasycenia. Fragment powierzchni grzejnej badanych rurek został zmodyfikowany przez naniesienie metalicznej warstwy porowatej.

Celem badań było określenie związku pomiędzy parametrami procesu technologicznego a parametrami warstwy porowatej i właściwościami elektrycznymi czujnika. Strukturę powierzchni czujnika określono z wykorzystaniem elektronowej mikroskopii skaningowej. Spektroskopia impedancyjna została wykorzystana do określenia parametrów elektrycznych.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki pomiarów współczynnika przejmowania ciepła podczas wrzenia nanocieczy woda-Cu na poziomej rurce pokrytej aluminiową powłoka porowatą o grubości 0.15 mm i porowatości ok. 40%. Koncentracja nanocząstek wynosiła 0.01%, 0.1% oraz 1%. Badania wykonano dla trzech wartości ciśnienia wrzenia: 200 kPa, 100 kPa oraz 10 kPa.

PublicationPrzedstawiono konstrukcję dwufazowego, termosyfonowego wymiennika ciepła (DTWC), która jest chroniona patentem. Zaprezentowano wybrane wyniki badań cieplnych DTWC, m.in. wpływ rodzaju rurek użytych do budowy pęczków rur parownika (gładkie, karbowane i z powłoka porowatą), na uzyskiwane współczynniki przejmowania ciepła. Zaproponowano algorytm do szacowania strumienia ciepła przenoszonego w DTWC.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań przejmowania ciepła podczas wrzenia w dużej objętości nanocieczy woda-Al2O3 na poziomej rurce z aluminiową powłoką porowatą o grubości 0.15 mm i porowatości 40%. Koncentracja nanocząstek wnosiła 0.01%, 0.1% oraz 1%. Niezależnie od koncentracji współczynnik przejmowania ciepła przy wrzeniu nanocieczy był niższy niż przy wrzeniu wody destylowanej.
