PublikacjaW pracy charakteryzujemy mechanizm oporności na nową pochodną 1-nitroakrydyny, związku capridine beta (C-1748) o wysokiej aktywności przeciwnowotworowej, znajdującego się w badaniach klinicznych. Nasze dane wskazują, że oporność na ten związek jest wynikiem zmienionego metabolizmu inaktywującego C-1748 oraz wzrostem ekspresji pompy błonowej ABCG2 a także innych białek transportowych typu ABC.

PublikacjaPrzedstawiono badania odporności kawitacyjnej stali OH18N9T po laserowym stopowaniu jej powierzchni węglikiem TiC oraz manganem. Wykazano, że wzbogacenie obrabianej stali manganem powoduje przemiany fazowe pod wpływem działania obciążeń kawitacyjnych, co przyczynia się do wzrostu odporności kawitacyjnej. Wzmacnianie stali węglikiem TiC powoduje natomiast zanik zdolności stali do wzmacniania odkształceniowego.

PublikacjaZsyntezowano serię pochodnych pirydazonu z jednym lub dwoma łańcuchami bocznymi w różnych pozycjach chromoforu tetracyklicznego. Związki wykazały aktywność cytoksyczną na mysią białaczkę L1210 i ludzką k562 oraz na linii komórkowej oporności krzyżowej MDR (k562/DX). Dwa najbardziej aktywne związki przetestowano in vivo na mysiej białaczce P388. Wykazały one aktywność przeciwnowotworową porównywalną z aktywnością Mitoxantronu.
