PublikacjaZaproponowano zastosowanie separacji pianowej do usuwania i zagęszczania białek i anionowych substancji powierzchniowo czynnych ze ścieków poprodukcyjnych powstających w zakładzie mleczarskim. Stwierdzono, że dzięki zastosowaniu wymienionej techniki można nie tylko wydzielić składniki białkowe ze strumieni poprodukcyjnych, ale także odzyskiwać i kierować do ponownego zastosowania anionowej środki powierzchniowo czynne.

PublikacjaPrzeprowadzono badania wpływu parametrów procesowych na wielkość pęcherzy powietrza i stopień zatrzymania gazu we współprądowej kolumnie barbotażowej do flotacji białek serwatkowych. Stwierdzono, że na wielkość powierzchni międzyfazowej gaz-ciecz można wpływać poprzez zmianę: prędkości przepływu gazu, pH roztworu oraz w wyniku wprowadzenia do roztworu substancji powierzchniowo czynnych palmitynianu sodu i cytrynianu trietylu.
