Effect of laser heating on cavitation behaviour of Fe-Cr-Mn coating.
PublicationW pracy przedstawiono badania odporności kawiracyjnej napoiny Fe-Cr-Mn po obróbce laserowej polegającej na przetapianiu napoiny wiązką lasera CO2 o mocy 1000W oraz jej nagrzewaniu w stanie stałym. Rezultaty badań wskazują,że po każdym rodzaju obróbki występuje inna podatność obrobionej powierzchni do odkształceń plastycznych pod działaniem obciążeń kawitacyjnych.

Cavitation erosion of steels processed by CO2 laser beams of various parameters.
PublicationPrzedstawiono wpływ parametrów przetapiania stali za pomocą wiązki lasera CO2 na jej własności kawitacyjne. Do badań użyto stali 45, 2H13 i OH18N9. Wyniki badań wskazują na znaczny wpływ parametrów przetapiania na poziom odporności kawitacyjnej stali.

Określono właściwości korozyjne wytworzonej warstwy wierzchniej nadtopionego stopu i porównano je ze stanem wyjściowym.

Influence of Laser Treatment on Microstructure of Surface Layer of the Ti-6Al-4V Alloy
PublicationPrzedstawiono mikrostrukturę powierzchni, przekroju i przełomu warstwy wierzchniej stopu Ti-6Al-4V uzyskanej po nadtapianiu laserem w różnym środowisku. Stwierdzono wzrost mikrotwardości stopu w warstwie nadtopionej, rozdrobnienie ziarna, a także tworzenie azotków tytanu i mikropęknięć skutkiem obecności znacznych naprężeń własnych. Grubość wytworzonych warstw osiągała wartość 1,5 mm.
