PublicationIndeksy lipofilowości witamin A i E oraz wybranych prekursorów witaminy A zostały obliczone na podstawie wyników badań z wykorzystaniem wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej z odwróconym układem faz (RPHPLC) i kolumn chromatograficznych typu C-8 i C-18.Uzyskano doskonałe współczynniki korelacji (>0,9999) dla wyników uzyskanych dla tych dwóch typów kolumn chromatograficznych.

Synthesis of some quaternary N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoxy-D,L-ribitol-5-yl)ammonium salts
PublicationOpisano matodę pomyślnego usuwania izopropylidenowych grup ochronnych z 1,4-anhydro-2,3-O-izopropylideno-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i czwartorzędowych soli N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoksy-D,L-rybitolo-5-yl)amoniowych. Struktury otrzymanych związków zostały określone przy pomocy analizy spektralnej, w tym 2D NMR. Otrzymano także dane dyfrakcyjne dla monokryształów 1,4-anhydro-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i jego pochodnych 2,3-O-izopropylidenowych.

PublicationZbadano skuteczność hamowania rozwoju Staphylococcus aureus w mleku, mięsie wieprzowym i majonezie lizostafyną uzyskaną przez ekspresję genu enzymu ze Staphylococcus simulans w komórkach Escherichia coli. Przeprowadzone eksperymenty wykazały znaczący wpływ lizostafyny na ograniczenie rozwoju Staphylococcus aureus.

Investigation of some magnetospheric phenomena of geomagnetic storm on March 17, 2013 based on observations from GNSS and NOAA-15 satellite
PublicationSubstantial variations of magnetospheric electron fluxes of low and intermediate energies at an altitude of ~ 800 km at different phases of the geomagnetic storm were investigated. The ionosphere and plasmasphere response was analyzed using TEC variation maps over the Central Europe. A concept of the connection of TEC variations above the Central Europe and spatially inhomogeneous fluxes of energetic particles is being proposed.
