PublicationPrzedstawiono mikrostrukturę powierzchni, przekroju i przełomu warstwy wierzchniej stopu Ti-6Al-4V uzyskanej po nadtapianiu laserem w różnym środowisku. Stwierdzono wzrost mikrotwardości stopu w warstwie nadtopionej, rozdrobnienie ziarna, a także tworzenie azotków tytanu i mikropęknięć skutkiem obecności znacznych naprężeń własnych. Grubość wytworzonych warstw osiągała wartość 1,5 mm.

PublicationW pracy przedstawiono badania wpływu laserowo kształtowanej mikrostruktury na stali C45 po stopowniu różnymi kompozycjami proszków metali na własności kawitacyjne warstwy wierzchniej. Badania prowadzono w początkowym stadium erozji kawitacyjnej. Stwierdzono, że lepszą odporność kawitacyjną osiąga się gdy mikrostruktura jest podatna do umacniania odkształceniowego np. w obecności pewnej ilości austenitu w strukturze.

PublicationOpisano rezultaty badań wywołanych obróbką cieplną zmian mikrostruktury na właściwości magnetosprężyste stali T22 oraz P92. Badano pętle histerezy amagnetycznej, polowy efekt Barkhausena (HBE) oraz emisję magnetoakustyczną (EMA). Wykazano, iż komplementarna analiza HBE oraz EMA (obwiednie natężenia i szybkości zliczania impulsów) pozwala na jakościową ocenę charakteru zmian mikrostruktury badanych materiałów.

PublicationBadaniu poddano napawane laserowo warstwy ze stopu na bazie kobaltu. Warstwy wykonane na przylgni grzybka zaworu wylotowego silnika diesla badano po dwóch latach eksploatacji w dwóch silnikach laboratoryjnych. Badania mikrostruktury nie wykazały znaczących zmian. Przeprowadzono również badania chemiczne oraz pomiary twardości warstw po eksploatacji. Badany typ napoin nie wykazał znaczących uszkodzeń po długim czasie eksploatacji.
