Wykazano, że za metabolizm tych związków u człowieka odpowiedzialne są głównie izoenzymy z rodziny CYP2.

PublicationThe aim of the studies was analysis of resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolates from bovine mastitis in eastern part of Poland to a set of 20 antibiotics and three alternative agents: lysostaphin, nisin and polymyxin B. PublicationZsyntezowano serię pochodnych pirydazonu z jednym lub dwoma łańcuchami bocznymi w różnych pozycjach chromoforu tetracyklicznego. Związki wykazały aktywność cytoksyczną na mysią białaczkę L1210 i ludzką k562 oraz na linii komórkowej oporności krzyżowej MDR (k562/DX). Dwa najbardziej aktywne związki przetestowano in vivo na mysiej białaczce P388. Wykazały one aktywność przeciwnowotworową porównywalną z aktywnością Mitoxantronu.
