Problem of aggregation in dye-DNA interaction, calorimetry studies
PublikacjaNucleic acids are the biological target for many antimicrobial, antitumor and antiviral drugs. Ligand-DNA interactions can be classified into two major categories: 1. covalent binding, which can provide to intermolecular adducts, 2. physico-chemical interactions, which can be divided into intercalation (e.g. adriamycin) or groove binding (e.g. dystamycin). There are several methods to investigate interactions between drug and DNA....

PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań termograwimetrycznych oraz termomechanicznych usieciowanch za pomocą styrenu i metakrylanu metylu poli(estrouretanów). Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły stwierdzić, że stabilność termiczna poli(estrouretanów) jest wystarczająca do wielu zastosowań technicznych. Przeprowadzone analizy wykazały również, iż polimery sieciowane styrenem wykazują separację fazową.

Thermal analysis and static strength of polyurethanes obtained from glycolysates
PublikacjaPrzeprowadzono analizę termiczną i zbadano właściwości wytrzymałościowe poliuretanów otrzymanych z glikolizatów o różnej budowie chemicznej. Glikolizaty pozyskiwano w procesie recyklingu surowcowego odpadów poliuretanowych o niskiej gęstości. Środkiem glikolizującym był propano-1,3-diol. Poliuretany z glikolizatów syntezowano metodą prepolimerową z MDI i BDO jako przedłużacza łańcuchów. Nie stosowano katalizatorów.

Properties of polyamide 6 and thermoplastic polyurethane blends containing modified montmorillonites
PublikacjaAnalizie poddano nowy rodzaj mieszanin polimerowych poliamidu 6 z termoplastycznymi elastomerami poliuretanowymi. Mieszaniny wzmocniono poprzez dodatek organicznie modyfikowanych montmorylonitów (Cloisite). Uzyskane układy przebadano metodami termicznymi, dyfrakcyjnymi oraz scharakteryzowano podstawowe właściwości mechaniczne.
