Antibacterial activity of gelatin-based films incorporated with chitosan or silver
PublicationFolie żelatynowe z dodatkiem srebra jonowego powodowały redukcję komórek Escherichia coli i Staphylococcus aureus o 90% pod powierzchnią folii. Nie obserwowano natomiast strefy zahamowania wzrostu dookoła krążków folii. W przypadku filmów chitozanowych lub żelatynowo-chitozanowych ich przeciwdrobnoustrojowa aktywność zależała od stopnia deacetylacji chitozanu.

PublicationPrzedstawiona została sucha metoda wytwarzania na podłożach stałych kryształów chalkopirytu zawierających miedź z wykorzystaniem prekursorów metalicznych. Dzięki odpowiedniemu doborowi parametrów nakładania otrzymano zarówno nanokryształy oraz polikrystaliczne struktury submikronowe jak i makroskopowe klastry. Studies on optical transmittance of boron-doped nanocrystalline diamond films
PublicationThickness is one of the most important parameters in many applications using thin layers. This article describes thickness determination of a boron-doped nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) grown on fused silica glass. A spectroscopic measurement system has been used. A high refractive index (2.3 at 550nm) was achieved for NCD films. The thickness of NCD samples has been determined from the transmission spectrum.

Magnetic hyperfine modulation of charge photogeneration in solid films of Alq3.
PublicationZewnętrzne pole magnetyczne (B=100mT) zwiększa fotoprzewodnictwo w hydro-sychinolinowym kompleksie aluminium (Alq3) o 6%. W silniejszych polach magnetycznych (B>100mT) wielkość efektu osiąga stałą wartość. Zaobserwowane wyniki doświadczalne wyjaśniono biorąc pod uwagę magnetyczno-polową modulację oddziaływań nadsubtelnych singletowych i trypletowych par elektron-dziurawy tworzonych w procesie fotogeneracji ładunku.
