High-temperature transport properties of entropy-stabilized pyrochlores
PublicationIn this report, the high-temperature transport properties of (Dy1−xCax)(Zr0.2Hf0.2Sn0.2Ti0.2Ge0.2)O7 pyrochlore oxides with x = 0, 0.05, and 0.1 are studied in dry and humid air. PublicationCrystal growth of Ca-doped PrBa2Cu3O (Pr-123) single crystals by slow cooling of Pr3O11-CaCO3-BaCO3-CuO melts (self-flux technique) in ambient air atmosphere was studied. As the first approach the growth of Ca-free crystals in Al2O3 and ZrO2 crucibles was investigated.
