PublicationPraca prezentuje wyniki badań strukturalnych oraz właściwości nadprzewodzących cienkich warstw xVN-(100-x)SiO2, gdzie x = 90, 80, 70, 60 mol%. Warstwy zostały wykonane metodą termicznego azotowania z użyciem amoniaku cienkich warstw tlenkowych otrzymanych metodą zol-żel.
