Całkowite przekroje czynne zmierzono metodą transmisyjną w zakresie energii 0.6 - 400 eV. Metoda ta oparta na graficznym przedstawieniu przebiegu szumowego jest szczególnie użyteczna do szybkiej selekcji elektronicznych elementów półprzewodnikowych.
