PublikacjaOmówiono klasy smaku i działanie zmysłu smaku, który odgrywa ogromną rolę w ocenie jakości żywności metodami organoleptycznymi. Metody te nie są w pełni obiektywne, stąd poszukuje się sztucznego sensora smaku. Przedstawiono szereg rozwiązań prowadzących do opracowania sensora smaku na większą skalę.
