Hydrogen Production via Biomethane Reforming in DBD Reactor
PublicationProduction of hydrogen from CH4:CO2 (70%:30%) mixture simulating dry biogas in a DBD reactor supplied with AC of 1.0-2.0 kHz or nanosecond negative pulses is presented. We have found that hydrogen production and methane conversion degree increase linearly with discharge power in the range of up to 50 W. PublicationThe method is based on a combination of previously used two separate operations namely machining and burnishing in a one complex operation implemented on a lathe.In the case of machining shafts and hydraulic cylinders of steel C45 is possible to obtain a surface roughness Ra=0,16 - 0,32 micrometers, dimensional accuracy class 7-8 according to ISO standards, and increase in the hardness of the surface up to 40%.
