PublikacjaPrzedstawiono badania temperaturowe zależności oporu elektrycznego, efektu Halla (RH), przewodnictwa cieplnego (k) i współczynnika Righi-Leduc(SRL). Badania wykazały, że współczynnik RL> 0 w szerokim zakresie temperatur RH zmienia znak dwukrotnie w T=50 i 250K.
