PublicationThe capter revies two types of artificial olfaction instrumentation, i.e. gas-chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) and chemical sensor technologies (electronic nose and tongue), combined with multivariate data processing methods as promising approaches for rapid analysis of food. The effect of depth of surface layers constituted by vacuum technologies on pitting
PublicationThe paper presents the results of a study of the effect of vacuum technologies of formation of surface layers on pitting of associated elements in a lubricated, heavy-load rolling contact.
