PublicationCelem pracy było opracowanie metody umożliwiającej określenie stabilności oksydatywnej oleju rzepakowego na podstawie analizy lotnych produktów utleniania lipidów. Na etapie opracowywania metody dobrano optymalne parametry ekstrakcji lotnych analitów techniką SPME. Przeprowadzono również elementy walidacji tej procedury.
