Dynamic polarizability of the relativistic hydrogenlike atom: Application of the Sturmian expansion of the Dirac-Coulomb Green function
PublicationWe utilize the Sturmian expansion of the Dirac-Coulomb Green function [R. Szmytkowski, J. Phys. B 30, 825 (1997)] to obtain components of the dynamic dipole polarizability tensor of the relativistic hydrogenlike atom in the ground state. It is found that the tensor may be expressed in terms of two independent quantities: a scalar polarizability and a vector polarizability, the latter being of the relativistic origin. In the static...

Do clusters help companies to "go green"? Experience of Polish National Key Clusters
PublicationThis study aims to explore cluster activity in the field of green transformation, taking into account the green, low-carbon and circular economy. Our intention was to identify the main green practices used by cluster organizations, which we showed through the lens of the attributes of both the cluster and the cluster organization. Through our study, we sought to answer the question: what is the role of cluster organizations in...

Green Chromatography: State-of-the-art, Opportunities and Future Perspectives
PublicationIt is well known that chromatographic procedures could have a significant impact on the environment if laboratory practice is not in line with the principles of green analytical chemistry (GAC). However, chromatographic techniques have the potential to be greener in all steps of the analysis. The approaches used to make chromatographic separations greener differ depending on the type of chromatographic method. This chapter considers...

Roughness evaluation of turned composite surfaces by analysis of the shape of Autocorrelation Function
PublicationIn this paper, the application of an Autocorrelation Function for the characterisation of surface topography was validated. The roughness evaluation of turned composite surfaces was supported by sophisticated studies of the Autocorrelation Function properties, considering especially the shape of the function. Details were measured with the optical method. The selection of the surface roughness evaluation procedures was carried...
