PublicationFluoryzujące analogi fosfolipidów NBD-PE, NBD-PC i NBD-PS zostały wykorzystane w celu wykazania, że białko Cdr1p i jego inne homologi, Cdr2p i Cdr3p, należące do grupy białek zawierających tzw. kasetę wiążącą ATP (ABC), zachowują się jak ogólne przenośniki lipidów. PublicationIn order to determine a proper value for the density of dry DNA films we have used a method based upon the measurement of interference effects in transmission spectra of thin DNA layers.
