PublicationW artykule dokonano analizy wpływu parametrów tranzystorów mocy wykorzystanych do budowy falownika napięcia na dokładność generowania wektora napięcia wyjściowego. Zaproponowano metodę modulacji szerokości impulsów, w której zredukowany został wpływ zjawisk związanych z właściwościami tranzystorów mocy na napięcie generowane w falowniku.
