A novel SVC controller structure is proposed to provide better dynamic performance of the power system. PublicationIn the paper a wideband radio direction finder (RDF) implemented in software defined radio (SDR) technology and the results of hardware layer research, including developed antenna switching unit (ASU), are presented. The results of tests of the devices, which are the part of the software defined radio platform (SDRP), and antenna switching unit, confirmed the possibility of using selected components in the final solution.
